What's an eLicence
& what do I get?

A Performance Licence is required to copy, or in any way reproduce, the lyrics or music or to perform this work (whether or not an admission charge is made), the copyright of which belongs to Philip Case. Such licence will be issued for up to five (5) performances from the date of purchase for a period of twelve months and must be in existence at the time of each performance.

The packs are only available for purchase – by download and/or on cd – after you (the Purchaser) have entered into the Licence Agreement by completing the information required in order to create your online account and, after logging in to your account, by purchasing a 12 month Licence and Digital Pack. Please, therefore, read the Licence Agreement carefully before purchasing the Materials.

Should you require any amendments to this Licence (for example for more than five performances or wanting photographic or video rights beyond those permitted), please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

About the Product

Each pack (all for download and on a cd) contains the following Materials:

Script (pdf):
Programme, lyrics to all nine songs and seven suggested readings
Music:
Music lead sheets (pdf) for each song showing melody and chords and lyric of first verse
Audio (mp3) - all songs with vocals
Audio (mp3) - all songs, backing tracks only

You will also be able to view and print your licence at any time once logged into the customer area.

We are also working on a Powerpoint presentation/Karaoke version of all lyrics and suggested readings. This will be available to download from the customer area soon!

All the Materials purchased are guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the time of delivery. This guarantee is not valid in respect of any defects arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration.

If any of the Materials are faulty, you should return them to us, giving reasons, and we will issue a replacement. We are unable to refund the cost of postage and cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit from you to us.

We cannot accept the return of goods which are not faulty – so, before entering into a Licence or purchasing the Materials, we advise you to fully explore the product information, including sample music and lyrics, contained on this website.
