Philip Case

A Chartered Accountant, Philip spent ten years in international financial management within Industry and over thirty years as an adviser in development capital, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He retired in 2010 from Tangible Securities Limited, a specialist Mergers & Acquisitions firm which he had owned and run for twenty years.

In conjunction with Anne Dewe (book and lyrics), Philip has written many songs, some of which have been performed on TV, and two musicals – Blandings Castle (based on stories by PG Wodehouse) and What Maisie Knew (based on the novel by Henry James). Blandings Castle was first performed by an amateur dramatic group at Nutley, Sussex before its professional performances, in 1980, at The Westminster Theatre, Victoria, London.

Philip would like to thank Elisabeth Rand who founded Cherry Tree Nursery School, John & Alyce Hamilton for the studio work and vocals,  Ryan Saunders of RSMTV for creating this website, Frankie Cummins for the watercolour paintings and other friends who have helped with this project including Emma Chamings, Jules and Jemima Cremin, Francesca Pullan and Lorna Bourke.
